We purchased a Cinderella toilet from ACDC Electric Svs. They are Alaska’s only provider of Cinderella electric toilets and supply.

They have outstanding customer service. They care that what you buy from them works for you. Catherine brought my Cinderella toilet from Homer to Anchorage without a fee.

We had a few questions, they were right there to help us out. The price is good for an electric toilet. Being the sole provider of these they could add a surcharge, but they don’t. One great thing is people answer their phone. If they have to get back with you, they actually do. I recommend this company for not just electric toilets but for anything they sell or service. Great people!

Top notch customer service! They provide the knowledge and customer service most businesses do not provide anymore. Not only do they have that but all sorts of solar lighting and cabin accessories. There selection is the best I’ve seen in Alaska.

I bought a Dakota lithium battery from them at the boat show and the post were the incorrect size. I took the post back to swap them out and the owner dropped everything and left the show to get me some correct posts and met me close to my house. I’ll go out of my way to support this local store going forward. Thanks Troy

If I could give a 10 star review I would. Troy is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for our family. He even met us at the shop after hours just to provide us with electrical cord that we needed. Not only did he set us up to make things easy for us, he even walked me through the process once we were home when I couldn’t figure it out. Outstanding customer service.
